It all started when three professionals, having spent over 2 decades each in leadership positions at diverse industries, came together to reimagine Vacations. They saw an opportunity in the highly potent, but underserved vacation exchange industry, with growing dissatisfaction of vacation members and resort owners alike due to the unsettled issues of non-transparency, high pricing, unpredictable dates and destinations along with trading power complications.

Being acutely aware of member expectations and with a firm resolve towards transparency, the famous three set out to redefine how a vacation exchange should function - build trust, bring complete transparency and eliminate all complications. And that is how Travedise World was born.

Gregg is a successful executive Brand leader with 35 years’ experience delivering outstanding customer service for clients, members, and owners in the theme park, hospitality, and resort real estate industries. With expertise in strategic planning and leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental improvement in strategy, process, and profitability, he is a multi-industry authority.

Gregg spent 14 years with The Walt Disney Company in Brand Management and Planning, four of which as an ex- patriot in Tokyo, Japan for the owners and operators of Tokyo Disney Resort.

Gregg has conducted business in person in over 30 countries, and for the past 13 years at Wyndham, provided strategic direction to colleagues in five international offices as Global Vice President of The Registry Collection, the world’s largest luxury shared vacation ownership exchange and Membership Company.

Gregg holds his University degree in Communications from Florida State University in the United States and attended graduate school in Florence, Italy. He is the Americas Ambassador to the Hoteliers Guild www.hoteliersguild.com and an active Rotarian where he is an advocate for the organization’s principle of “Service above Self.”

Ashish is well known name in travel and hospitality in India as well as globally, brings an extensive knowledge & experience in business development, hotel openings, hotel operations, Vacation Ownership and Banking & Financial Services. Afore Travedise World Co. Pvt. Ltd., Ashish spearheaded new business development function as Director of Business Development India Subcontinent for RCI, Wyndham Destinations for 11 years where he architected large and profitable business partnerships and also built a broad network of industry relationships. He also lead Institutional and Strategic Sales at American Express Services India Pvt. Ltd. looking after large market acquisitions and a decade long experience in hospitality industry in launching, developing and establishing key business & leisure Hotels in India. A self-driven, creative entrepreneur who pursues his/her objectives relentlessly. Has a positive, upbeat attitude and is passionate about identifying opportunities and build alignment in today’s fast-paced environment.

As Co-founder of Travedise World, Ashish believes, this Company, being a pioneer of the “Pay-as-you-live lifestyle” sets out to add greater value to the timeshare experience of vacation exchange concept — delivering a new level of flexibility and choice to timeshare members and revolutionize Vacation Ownership Industry in the process.

Over 20 years of extensive experience in development, project management and operations spanning the aviation and tourism industries in the Maldives, with strategic awareness and development initiatives for resort projects with a proven record of improving efficiency, productivity and profitability through design and process improvement. Possess board level experience in a number of listed companies (including Bank of Maldives and Maldives National Chamber of Commerce) and a number of State owned Enterprises which includes Chairman of Central Utilities. He currently is a director of the Maldives Stock Exchange and contributes with liberal leadership and problem solving abilities which align the ethical standards and cultures of discipline.He is a cross-functional communicator and a specialist in the tourism sector with versatile, innovative professionalisum which enables him to see the “big picture” while staying on top of all the details. He is recognized for consistent success in developing the processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance revenue performance.

Nancy Avasthi, Director of Operations, brings over twenty years of experience in customer relationship management. She is well-versed in the complexities of customer management and has a proven history of managing projects across multiple geographies and virtual teams. Having worked with both key multinationals and start-ups, Nancy is a driven leader who is passionate about inspiring teams and driving organizational growth.

Nancy has a proven track record of navigating complex challenges and fostering a culture of innovation. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her exceptional problem-solving skills and visionary leadership have been pivotal in aligning operational activities with company goals. Nancy's commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction continues to elevate our operations to new heights.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic finance and legal operations, Mr. Rajamahendra Varma has excelled in strategic financial planning, financial modelling, budgeting, financial analysis & reporting, statutory compliance, contracts negotiation, and litigations management including economic offences, tax disputes, debt recovery, and civil and criminal disputes. He has played a key role in corporate expansion, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and managing fund raisings.

AMr. Varma has board-level experience and has developed and implemented financial strategies that align with business goals. Known for his liberal leadership and problem-solving abilities, he possesses deep expertise in navigating complex legal matters, drives operational efficiency, and enhances revenue performance, consistently contributing to corporate growth and success.
