Terms & Conditions
- Payment for your Booking Confirmation: If your payment is declined by
your financial institution, Travedise WorldCo. may cancel this booking
confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure that any payment issues
related to this booking confirmation must be settled between you and your
financial institution. Travedise WorldCo. will not be liable for any claims
associated with payment issues between you and your financial institution.
- Late Check-in: You must notify the Resort/Hotel in advance if you anticipate
a late arrival. Failure to notify the Resort/Hotel could result in forfeiture of the
unit and/or other penalties. If the Resort/Hotel does not receive any prior
intimation, it will be in their sole discretion to release the unit/s without any
advance notice to you and Travedise WorldCo. shall not be liable for this.
- Occupancy: The total number of people (infant(s) and children included)
occupying the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy of
the unit as mentioned in your booking confirmation subject to the same
guests staying throughout the reservation period.
- Cancelling a Vacation: Travedise WorldCo. must be notified immediately on
cancellation of a booking. Cancellation of your booking may result in the loss
of the monies paid for the booking depending on the cancellation date.
Additional restrictions may apply.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of a confirmed booking(s) is subject to
a cancellation fee. There will be no refund in the case of cancellations of
booking made less than 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations of
booking made from 31 to 60 days before the check-in date shall be entitled to
a refund of 50% of the booking fee paid. Cancellations of booking made more
than 61 days before the check-in date shall be entitled to a refund of 70% of
the booking fee paid. Please note that Travedise WorldCo. does not take
responsibility for Visa or other additional travel formalities/requirements.
- Unit Assignments: The Resort/Hotel reserves the right to assign any unit of
the same size and occupancy as the unit confirmed. Units are assigned
based upon the unit type confirmed and not unit number. The unit number, if
any, is indicated for inventory management purpose only.
If a unit number does not appear on your booking confirmation, one will be
assigned to you on check-in. The Resort/Hotel has the right to assign a
different unit to the one originally allocated to you under the booking.
- Fees and assessment: when you utilize the Travedise WorldCo. system, you
warrant that you have paid, or will pay when due, all maintenance fees and
other assessments with respect to the booking.
- Additional Resort/Hotel Fees: Some Resort/Hotels may impose additional
fees and taxes at check-in or check-out, which may include, but are not
limited to, mandatory all-inclusive meal plans, transportation, usage fees and housekeeping fees.
Travedise WorldCo. has no control over these fees and taxes, which are
subject to change by the Resort/Hotel without notice. If the Resort/Hotel
requires a mandatory all-inclusive fee, then such fee, depending on the
Resort/Hotel and season, may cover meals, drinks, tours, transportation,
Resort/Hotel activities, Resort/Hotel amenities, services and facilities and is
required to be prepaid at or before check-in. If the Resort/Hotel makes
available an optional all-inclusive package for an additional fee, then such
fee, depending on Resort/Hotel and season, may cover meals, drinks, tours,
transportation, Resort/Hotel activities, Resort/Hotel amenities, services and
facilities. You may not be able to purchase food or drink at the Resort/Hotel if
you choose not to pay the optional fee. Fees, terms and conditions of
packages covered by an all-inclusive fee are determined solely by the
Resort/Hotel, and are subject to change at any time. Travedise WorldCo.
shall not be held responsible for any claim or liabilities associated with these
additional fees charged by the Resort/Hotel.
- Photo Identity Card: Government issued photo identity card is mandatory to
be produced upon check- in at the Resort/Hotel.
- Resort/Hotel Terms and Conditions: Booking is subject to additional terms
and conditions, if any, of the affiliated Resort/Hotel of Travedise WorldCo. and
Travedise WorldCo shall not be held liable for the same
- Release and Waiver: Travedise WorldCo. accept no liability whatsoever for
any injury, death, loss, damage, expense or accident suffered at the
Resort/Hotel, and arising from any act of God, nature, war, terrorism,
insurrection, riot, boycott, theft, labour action, government action, natural
disaster, bad weather or interrupted electrical/water/municipal services.
Travedise WorldCo. accept no liability to you or your guests, for any costs
and expenses incurred during your/their stay at an Resort/Hotels (including
without limitation the costs of alternative accommodation) where you or your
guests have complained about accommodation or the services provided at
the affiliated Resort/Hotel, unless prior authorisation has been given by us for
such costs to be incurred. We and our directors, officers, employees,
associated companies, agents or servant’s liability for a reasonable loss or
damage incurred by you or your guests, howsoever arising through use of the
our products or services, is limited to the fee paid to us in respect of the
transaction giving rise to such a claim/s
- “Working Day/s” shall mean calendar days, but exclude the date of the event,
a Saturday, Sunday or any statutory public holidays. “Booking” shall mean a
booking made in person, telephonically or electronically. All our pricing and
fees are inclusive of the current taxes.
- The government of India has mandated the implementation of GST (Goods &
Service Tax) effective 1st July 2017. GST as applicable will need to be paid at
the Resort/Hotel.
